PIMP MY DERM attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This page explains what data is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected

• Identity and contact details: surname, first name, email address, telephone number.
• Appointments and purchases: services booked, dates, packages and gift cards.
• Payment: online payments are processed by the booking platform's payment provider; PIMP MY DERM does not have access to your full bank details.
• Health information you choose to share (contraindications, current treatment, pregnancy), solely to adapt the treatment and ensure your safety.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing appointments, packages and gift cards: performance of the contract.
• Adapting the treatment to your health situation: your explicit consent.
• Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.
• Answering your messages and maintaining the relationship: legitimate interest of PIMP MY DERM.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended for Virginie Tran only. It is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed, solely on behalf of PIMP MY DERM, by:

• Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace, Inc., United States), for online booking; transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR;
• the website host: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (data hosted in the European Union).

The fonts used on the website are hosted on the website itself: no data is sent to a third-party font service.

5. Retention periods

• Client data: 3 years after the last appointment.
• Health information: for the duration of the relationship, then deleted.
• Accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to virginie@pimpmyderm.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The website pimpmyderm.com uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. The booking platform may set the cookies strictly necessary for it to work.
