Terms of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services offered by PIMP MY DERM, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 992 419 853, a facialist atelier founded by Virginie Tran, with its head office at 36 rue du 14 Juillet, 92270 Bois-Colombes, France.

Any order, booking or gift card purchase implies the client's unreserved acceptance of these terms.

I. General terms

1. Purpose

These terms set out the mutual rights and obligations of PIMP MY DERM and its clients for the sale of treatments, packages and gift cards.

Any confirmed booking constitutes a firm and final commitment.

2. Services

PIMP MY DERM offers bespoke facialist massages and body rituals, by appointment, at its ateliers in Bois-Colombes, Paris 2nd and Asnières-sur-Seine.

3. Booking

Appointments are booked exclusively through the Acuity Scheduling platform, accessible from the official website pimpmyderm.com.

The client chooses the service and time slot according to the availability shown.

Confirming the appointment implies full acceptance of these terms.

4. Cancellation or rescheduling

Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, using the link in the confirmation email.

In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the session is due in full or deducted from any package.

No exception will be made, except in documented cases of force majeure (medical certificate, hospitalisation, etc.).

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

Payment is made online at the time of booking, or at the atelier.

The prices in force on the day of the order apply.

No refund, in whole or in part, may be claimed after purchase, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.

6. Client lateness

If the client is late, the treatment may be shortened so as not to affect the following appointments.

The price of the service remains unchanged.

7. Liability

The treatments offered by PIMP MY DERM are wellness and beauty treatments, with no medical or therapeutic purpose.

The client undertakes to disclose, before the session, any health problem, current treatment, allergy, pregnancy or contraindication.

PIMP MY DERM cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

8. Personal data

Data collected when booking or purchasing is processed with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It is used solely for managing appointments, client follow-up and legal obligations.

No data is passed on to third parties without explicit consent. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:

• to services fully performed before the end of the legal withdrawal period,
• to gift cards or packages activated before the end of this period.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement before any legal action.

Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts for the place of PIMP MY DERM's head office.

11. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator: Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, telephone: +33 1 89 47 00 14, www.cm2c.net.

Before contacting the mediator, the client must first have tried to resolve the dispute directly with PIMP MY DERM through a written complaint.

II. Specific terms for packages

1. Purpose

Treatment packages allow clients to enjoy several sessions at a preferential rate.

They apply exclusively to bespoke facialist massages, lasting 60 or 90 minutes depending on the package chosen.

2. Validity

• Rituel Lumière: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Rituel Éclat Profond: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Le Grand Jour: valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

After this period, any sessions not taken are permanently lost, with no refund or extension, except in the event of exceptional closure of the atelier.

3. Personal nature

Packages are personal and non-transferable.

They may not be resold or transferred to a third party without prior written agreement.

4. Booking

Sessions must be booked through the website or the online calendar, subject to availability.

The choice of time slot is at the client's discretion, within the limits of available places.

5. Cancellation or no-show

Any cancellation or change is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.

After this deadline, the session will be deducted from the package.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the time of purchase, online or at the atelier.

Le Grand Jour is paid in one instalment. The Rituel Lumière and Rituel Éclat Profond packages are paid in monthly instalments, according to the schedule shown at the time of purchase.

No refund will be made after purchase, except in documented cases of force majeure.

7. Suspension or closure

In the event of temporary closure of the atelier (holidays, works, force majeure), the validity of the package may be extended on an exceptional basis, at the discretion of PIMP MY DERM.

III. Specific terms for gift cards

PIMP MY DERM gift cards are an invitation to treat yourself — or someone else — to a moment out of time, with expert and caring treatment.

1. Purpose

Gift cards can be used to book a treatment from the services offered, up to their value.

2. Validity

Each card is valid for 6 months from its date of issue.

After this period, it expires, with no possibility of extension, renewal, refund or compensation.

3. Use

Gift cards are not personal: they may be given or passed on to the person of your choice.

Bookings are made exclusively through the online platform.

The gift code must be entered when booking the appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled within the required time (at least 24 hours before), the card remains valid until it expires.

4. Non-refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable, in whole or in part, and cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalents.

5. Loss, theft or damage

In the event of loss, theft or deletion of the email containing the card, reissue cannot be guaranteed.

PIMP MY DERM cannot be held liable for fraudulent use of the gift code.

6. Personal data

Your information is handled with the same care as your skin: it is used solely to manage your purchase and booking, in accordance with PIMP MY DERM's privacy policy.

7. Disputes

In the event of disagreement, we will always favour a caring dialogue.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts for the place of PIMP MY DERM's head office will have sole jurisdiction.
